Is there any way in the Pokemon Dream World to meet an eevee or an eeveelution without the promotional game?

So, I missed the promotional (because I didn't have Pokemon Black at the time) and I was just wondering, does anyone know whether you can meet a normal Eevee in the Dream World, or an Eeveelution? Are there any point requirements/ specific place I need to be to find it or something? Is it even possible? Like, I could deal with a normal Eevee, because for some reason I have way more evolutionary stones that I know what to do with o.O... I seriously have a lot of evolutionary stones right now and I can't use one, because I don't have any pokemon that they actually WORK on... I think I have at least one of each evolutionary stone, so it'd be awesome if I could find just a NORMAL eevee, or even one that's already evolved ! Please and thank you :)
